This issue has been set to resolved and a Post Incident Report issued to affected clients.
On-going remedial work is continuing with Pulsant DC support engineers. Service has remained stable since approx. 19:25 on the 21st June 2023, however until all work is completed, Pulsant will continue to monitor closely.
Power has now been restored to the affected racks by Pulsant DC Facilities engineers. Further information will be provided to affected clients following root cause analysis.
