Inbound Phone service issue

We are currently aware of an issue affecting our inbound phone service, which may prevent clients from reaching our support teams via telephone. Our technical teams are actively investigating the issue and working with the relevant providers to identify the cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible. Clients can continue to contact us via the support portal and email channels while investigations are ongoing.
