The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Technicians are currently on their way to the tower site.

Technicians were unable to safely access the tower site tonight due to severe weather conditions. We will return tomorrow morning in daylight when conditions are safer.

Our field team will be heading to the tower site soon to investigate this further. Due to the weather conditions in the area, it may not be safe for our team to get access to the site tonight

We are currently investigating an issue affecting internet services in the Ruapuke area.
