Our credit card vault partner has been experiencing an incident affecting the Vault platform since 10:11 am (Europe/Paris time zone).

This may result in disruptions to credit card payments. Other payment methods remain available.
Partner's and our teams are actively investigating the root cause and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that the incident affecting our credit card vault partner has been fully resolved. As a result, we will reactivate Vault mode at 1:00 pm (Europe/Paris time).

Our teams, in collaboration with our partner, continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure ongoing stability and optimal performance.

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that, following the ongoing incident affecting our credit card vault partner since 10:11 am (Europe/Paris time zone), we have activated a fallback solution as of 10:24 am (Europe/Paris time zone).

Card payments are now being processed through non-Vault mode, allowing transactions to resume. Please note that this is a temporary workaround while the root issue is being investigated.

Other payment methods remain fully operational.
We continue to work closely with our partner to restore full Vault functionality and will keep you informed of any progress.
