We are currently investigating an issue in CEC and Monitor where a Visitor's name is being replaced by their phone number. We will provide updates on the status of this issue as we continue our investigation and bring it to a full resolution.

This incident has been resolved.

After investigating this issue, and performing root cause analysis, we were able to determine that this problem stems from a bug fix that was applied during yesterday's release.

We will apply a hotfix to resolve the issue during our normal upcoming maintenance windows for all all affected environments.
