This incident has been resolved. All platforms have now been updated.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. US Platform 2 has been addressed and confirmed to be working as expected. We will now be addressing the remaining platforms impacted.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is investigating an issue causing CSV report download failures in Cloud Agent UI when the agent asset count exceeds a certain threshold. The ticket reference for this activity is IM-11687.
