Quickpay experienced a 6.1-hour connection issue with the Nets payment platform that prevented payment authorizations from processing, affecting multiple acquirers including Nets, NetsTeller, Bambora, Handelsbanken, Swedbank, and Elavon. The problem originated from Nets' authorization traffic issues, and Quickpay recommended customers temporarily switch to Clearhaus as an alternative acquirer during the outage. Service was restored when Nets resolved their platform issues and transactions began processing successfully again.

Payments with Nets acquirer are currently having problems due to connection issue. We have reached out to Nets for status whom report back that they have problems with authorizations trafic. This affects acquirer Nets, NetsTeller, Bambora, Handelsbanken, Swedbank and Elavon We are currently investigating this incident.
No further update from Nets yet but if you also have an agreement with Clearhaus we suggest untill this problem is solved to disabled nets as acquirer in settings -u003e acquirer to allow for those paying with visa-dankort to be sent towards Clearhaus instead (be aware of this might cause a higher card fee than dankort)
We are seeing transactions through Nets' platform are starting to be successful again but will keep an eye on the progress.
