Degraded Storage Performance

Following our investigation, we have confirmed that there was no impact to user workloads as a result of this incident. The alerts were triggered by a scheduled internal maintenance check running across our storage infrastructure, which caused elevated latency on internal monitoring — not on read or write operations for running services.

Out of an abundance of caution, this incident was declared while we investigated. We are leaving this in monitoring briefly to validate conditions before resolving. We will provide a final update shortly.

We have identified the cause of the elevated storage latency. The checks are completing naturally and latency is expected to return to normal levels shortly. We are monitoring and will provide a further update once conditions have normalized.

We are aware of an issue affecting our storage infrastructure. Users may experience degraded performance, including slower read and write operations for services that rely on persistent storage.
