Event processing has caught up to real time in all regions except US1 and EU, which will be done in a few hours.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
The team is currently aware of an issue which is affecting processing of Process Start events captured by the Insight Agent, because of a Third Party dependency. We are actively working on resolving this and will update with more information as we have it.
