A new agent version 4.0.0.1 has been released that has fixed the reported issue ,we will continue to be monitoring our systems.
We have identified the issue to be causing this behavior and our team is working on releasing the fix.
We have identified an issue in Insight Agent 4.0 with non-English language Windows operating systems that is preventing InsightVM data collection from running. The release has been halted, and a fix is under investigation.
