Outage Details

Microsoft Azure, which is the underlying platform used by Raptor's applications, is currently experiencing an outage which is causing a service interruption on all of Raptor's applications.

Microsoft's engineers are aware of the issue and are currently working on remediating it.

We understand the impact this interruption is having on your district. Fully restoring service as quickly as possible is our top priority. We will post any updates from Microsoft to this page as soon as they become available.

If your district uses the Raptor system for emergency management initiation, response and recovery, please plan to use alternative methods until resolution is reached.
