We are aware that Raptor Alert users are currently experiencing a service interruption, impacting SMS text and email notifications. Raptor Engineering is actively investigating the root cause of the issue and working towards a resolution.

We understand the impact this issue is having on your district. Fully restoring deliverability of SMS text and email notifications as quickly as possible is our top priority.

If your district uses the Raptor system, and relies on SMS text and email notifications for emergency management, please plan to use alternative methods until resolution is reached.

The initial investigation has revealed that Emergency Management users are not receiving emails or SMS text messages when an incident is initiated. However, they are able to receive critical alert notifications.
