本日発生していた障害が解消いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。
障害内容
■ 障害内容：メール・Yahoo!・Chatworkにおける一部メッセージの受信遅延
■ 発生日時：2026年3月5日 18:13 ～ 18:37 頃
影響について
サーバの一部で障害が発生し、上記時間に該当サーバに振り分けられたメール・Yahoo!・Chatworkメッセージが遅延して受信する状態となっておりました。
受信遅延は発生しておりましたが、すべて正常に受信されておりますのでご安心ください。
なお、第一報では影響範囲はメールのみと報告しておりましたが、その後の調査の結果Yahoo!とChatwork受信においても上記時刻で同様に遅延が発生していたことが判明いたしました。
この度は、ご利用の皆様に多大なご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございません。
