This incident has been resolved.
The Maintenance has concluded and site performance has stabilized. We will continue to monitor the site performance and are taking steps to prevent the cause of this issue from occurring again.
In order to resolve the site performance issues we will need to move the Rethink Platform to Maintenance Mode for up to 10 minutes starting at 12:25pm ET. During the impacted time period of 12:25 to 12:35pm ET the Rethink Site, Mobile App and API may not be accessible. If you are already logged into the Mobile App during this time, please avoid syncing any Data or Session Notes.
We have received reports of site slowness from some users. Our Development Team is investigating this issue and is working on resolving it as quickly as possible.
