GLS has reported that label generation is now operational again. We have retried all previously failed labels and will continue to monitor the situation closely.
Successfully retried labels have automatically been resent to end customers.

GLS has reported: https://gls-group.eu/DK/da/loesninger/kundeinformation/driftsstatus/ issues with Label Generation. We continue to monitor the situation closely.
Whether label generation is impacted depends on how the respective TMS generates GLS labels.
Webshipper and Homerunner is confirmed to be impacted whereas Shipmondo is not.
