GLS Label Generation, Elevated Error Rates

GLS has reported that label generation is now operational again. We have retried all previously failed labels and will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Successfully retried labels have automatically been resent to end customers.

Whether label generation is impacted depends on how the respective TMS generates GLS labels.
Webshipper and Homerunner is confirmed to be impacted whereas Shipmondo is not.

We are currently experiencing elevated error rates in generation of GLS. We have informed GLS and we're actively investigating and monitoring the issue. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
