Outage Details
We are currently experiencing an issue with the SAP BO Reporter. Users attempting to launch reports are encountering the following error:
"No business layer sent back from server"
This issue is affecting ALM universes only. LLM universes remain unaffected. The problem is isolated to the Production environment; UAT is functioning normally.
Our internal teams are investigating the root cause. We will update this page as soon as more information becomes available.
