All users can now reset their passwords as usual. However, if you attempted a password reset during today's incident, you must reset your password again. Please note that you cannot reuse the password you set earlier today.
We are currently investigating an issue where users are unable to reset their passwords in AppHub. While password resets appear successful and allow login to AppHub, some users are unable to access Remote Desktop afterward.
Our team has confirmed the issue and is working to resolve it.
