Issues with Arbor API affecting MIS Sync data refresh

Arbor have advised the following incident update: 

"We have rectified the issue and response times have returned to normal. We shall be continuing to monitor. Once again, please accept our apologies for the disruption."

Our Groupcall partners have advised that Arbor are currently dealing with an ongoing incident affecting their API. Some RM Unify customers using the Arbor MIS may be affected, and may be missing MIS data updates in RM Unify and connected apps as a result.
