General connectivity issues connecting to Roblox

We are aware of an issue regarding gift card redemption.

We are actively investigating reports of more widespread connectivity issues impacting users trying to connect to Roblox (not just limited to gift card redemption).

We have identified a potential networking issue resulting in some users unable to connect to Roblox. We are actively working on resolving this networking issue as quickly as possible.

The network issue has been resolved. Connectivity has been restored.

We have been made aware that some users connecting via certain ISPs are still observing connectivity issues while reaching Roblox despite the mitigation put in place yesterday evening. We are continuing to investigate.
