We have determined that this is an issue with the Microsoft API. We confirmed by seeing the same error messages when utilizing the Microsoft portal directly. We will continue to monitor and update here when their service stabilizes.
Note that this is not impacting all Microsoft monitoring, only some endpoints.

The issue has been identified. One of the endpoints from Microsoft is responding properly sometimes and others is throwing an error. We have implemented retry functionality for that endpoint and are clearing all errors. We will continue to work on this until all impacted Microsoft connections are stable.
