Both the Sage Business Cloud Accounting and Sage 50 integrations with AutoEntry are now operational.

Many thanks for your patience as we work to resolve the service issue with AutoEntry – we are pleased to let you know that the invoice and receipt processing service is now operational, and we expect to have the statement processing operational shortly.

As we work through today, customers will be able to submit documents, but please expect a delay in processing as we work through the back log.

The Sage Business Cloud Accounting integration with AutoEntry is now operational.

For Sage 50, while customers can access and upload documents to their AutoEntry company, the synchronisation application required to publish those documents to Sage 50 is not yet operational - we are working to restore this application.

We are sorry for the disruption to our customers. We’ll continue to investigate to prevent any similar events in the future so that we can do our best to make sure it won’t happen again, updating you as appropriate.
