UPDATE about 2 years ago - at 10/21/2022 02:23PM

The Salesforce technology team has noted a performance degradation impacting IND9. Customers can experience high average page time loads (APTs) and general slow performance. As this is a repeat issue the team decided to switch over to the failover site as the best path forward. This activity will introduce a period of downtime for customers of approximately 15 minutes. Although this will introduce additional impact the team believes that this will help restore service to normal operating levels. We will notify you once this has started.
