Feature Degradation

We’re investigating the cause of the issue. We will provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

At 15:24 UTC, on December 12, 2022, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature degradation affecting a subset of customers with the search index functionality across multiple Hyperforce cells.
The team is currently performing rolling restarts to address the issue. We remain engaged and continue to investigate the issue, its triggers, and a path to resolution.
