There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation. Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

We are continuing to deploy the fix on the test instance and are closely monitoring its progress.
We’ll provide an update upon completion of the deployment to the test instance or sooner if additional information becomes available.

We have identified a fix and are deploying it on a Test instance. Once it has been thoroughly tested and verified, the fix will be deployed to the remaining impacted instances to fully restore functionality.
After further analysis, it was determined that this issue also impacts USA736 and USA922.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

At 03:45 UTC, October 11, 2025, we noted a performance degradation impacting Agentforce Employee Agent on multiple instances. Customers are unable to create a topic when selecting the “GeneralCRM” topic in the Agentforce Employee Agent. We are actively working to identify the trigger of this issue and are working on a fix.
