The technology team conducted a cluster restart which was completed at 02:04UTC, and we are starting to see instances coming out of impact. We are currently monitoring the services.

At 20:55 UTC on May 4, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team began investigating a Service Cloud Voice (SCV) degradation. Teams are currently working to investigate the issue.
