Search Indexing Feature Degradation

The Technology team continues to work toward clearing the search indexing queue on a subset of remaining orgs. We are expecting this to be completed by approximately 17:00 UTC.

We’ll provide an update upon the completion of the current mitigation efforts, or soon if additional information becomes available.

On June 10, 2023, at 01:49 UTC, Salesforce Technology identified a feature degradation on EU41 affecting search indexing. While the team successfully resolved the issue for multiple orgs, a subset of orgs remain impacted. To address this, a manual mitigation step is required to clear the search indexing queue. The team is working through this process now, and is expecting to have the remaining orgs resolved within 5 hours.

We have implemented a solution and are monitoring the instance performance levels.
