Performance Degradation

The team has finished implementing mitigation steps, following which the instance has entered a period of performance degradation at 12:33 UTC. Customers may now be able to log in and access their service, however, certain functionality may be inaccessible or operating at less than optimal performance.

Performance monitoring continues as the implemented steps begin to take full effect. We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

At 12:14 UTC, on June 28, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team noted a service disruption impacting NA132. Customers may experience difficulties accessing their services and log ins can be affected. The team noted resource contention and have begun implementing standard mitigation steps to address this.
