At 09:29 UTC, on June 22, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a feature disruption that may prevent customers from accessing certain files. The team determined a recent configuration change triggered the incident. They have removed impacted app servers. Additional monitoring is required before declaring an all clear.
We’ll provide another update in 60 minutes, or sooner, if additional information becomes available.
