At 19:48 UTC on July 25, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team identified a performance degradation on POD114. Customers may experience issues with fetching customer lists and viewing shopping cart data, including difficulties with the checkout process. In response, our teams have initiated the process of restarting services and conducting database health checks to mitigate this issue. We are actively working to restore services as quickly as possible.
We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
