The technology team is implementing the fix on the other affected PODs after successfully performing validations on a single POD. The user applications will require a rolling restart for the fix to get reflected.

We don’t have an estimated time for the completion of all workstreams at this point; however, we will provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information becomes available.

The technology team has identified a configuration change that occurred during a recent release as a potential trigger.
A fix has been implemented on one of the PODs. Initial reports indicate a positive outcome. However, out of an abundance of caution, the team is continuing to monitor performance levels before implementing the fix on the remaining affected PODs.

At 15:58 UTC, on August 22, 2023, impact began for a subset of customers across multiple Commerce Cloud Pods. Affected customers are experiencing a feature degradation where they are unable to upload or download files via SFTP Servers.
The team is currently investigating the issue and exploring multiple paths to resolution.
