Data Integration Feature Degradation

There’s a Salesforce service feature degradation. The issue impacts a backend storage service leveraged by the application tier to support data integration for features including Custom Big Objects, Chatbots, Login Forensics, Field Audit Trail, and Chatter. Users of these features may experience extended response times and timeouts or be unable to access certain aspects of the features. We’re investigating the issue and full customer impact. An update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.
