Marketing Cloud Engagement Degradation

At 15:08 UTC, on August 25, 2023, The Salesforce Technology team identified a performance degradation affecting a subset of customers using Marketing Cloud. Customers may not be able to load cloud pages, links, and images. They may experience email deliverability issues like delays or bounces. Engineers have identified a recent network configuration change which they believe may have resulted in this issue. They are in the process of rolling back this change. Initial testing of the rollback has shown positive signs of improvement.
