At 01:00 UTC on November 14, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature degradation impacting multiple instances. Some users may experience intermittent difficulties with features such as real-time call recordings and transcripts. Additionally, some users may experience issues with voice call services.
Upon investigation, the team determined a recent release as the likely trigger of the issue. The team is working to roll back the change, to mitigate the impact.

We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
