At 21:35 UTC on November 22, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team identified a performance degradation impacting multiple instances. Upon investigation, the team observed an issue at the network tier.
To alleviate the impact, we implemented a configuration change at the network tier, specifically increasing network capacity.
We anticipate that these changes will take several hours to fully restore performance. The team is closely monitoring the impacted instances to ensure a swift resolution.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
