At 22:00 UTC, on November 29, 2023, a subset of customers who were previously on AUS1 began seeing a performance degradation when using Email to Case functionality. Following the decommission of the AUS1 instance customers were moved to another instance however the Email to Case script is still pointing to AUS1. This is resulting in errors and failures when attempting to use Email to Case functionality. Engineers are developing a fix to restore service.
