The Technology team is currently testing the new certificate before rolling it out to the impacted PODs. We are expecting the testing and validation efforts to take some time.

At 00:00 UTC, on February 6, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a feature disruption affecting multiple customers across the Commerce Cloud production environment. During this time, customers are unable to access the Control Centre preventing them from performing a stop, start, and restart of their instances.
Storefronts and Business Manager are not impacted as a result of this incident.
Upon investigation, the team determined an expired certificate as the likely trigger of the issue. The team is investigating the issue and working on paths to resolution.
