We have restarted the hosts on the impacted instances and are validating whether this has resolved the issue. In the meantime, additional impacted instances have been identified.

Starting at 11:30 UTC on March 27, 2024, a subset of customers have experienced intermittent connectivity issues with Einstein Bots. When a user tries to initiate a chatbot conversation, the chat may get stuck in a connecting loop. The Salesforce Technology team is investigating.
