The Salesforce Technology team is aware of the service degradation impacting the Identify Resolution(IR) jobs within the Salesforce Data Cloud Profile Engine. The Data Cloud Profile Engine is unable to create new IR jobs. The existing IR jobs are not impacted by this incident. The Technology team identified a fix and is currently deploying it across the impacted instances to resolve the issue.

We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
