The Technology team confirmed that the Sandbox instances are also impacted. Initial investigations indicate a network issue with the third-party vendor. The Salesforce Technology team has raised a high-priority case and is actively collaborating to resolve it.

At 03:00 UTC, on May 24, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team identified a service disruption impacting multiple Canadian instances. Customers may experience authentication failures while attempting to access Salesforce services. Users already logged in will not be affected. The Technology teams are actively investigating the issue and exploring multiple paths to resolution.
