The team has identified that an instance refresh impacted the webhook that CRM Analytics uses. The team is in the process of bringing down the webhook to break circular dependencies, which were discovered during the investigation. This has produced some positive results. Teams remain engaged and are actively working to fix the issue.

At 15:10 UTC on May 27, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature degradation affecting customers ability to run recipes within the FRA region. The team is actively exploring multiple paths to mitigate this issue.
