Investigations have highlighted that customers on NA215 may also be experiencing issues retrieving email logs. The technology team continues to investigate to determine the incident trigger, and we'll provide further updates once more information becomes available.

The team continues to investigate to determine the incident trigger, including reviewing error logs, performing testing, and reviewing any recent changes that could be contributing to the issue.

Due to the nature of the incident, these processes may take some time to complete. We'll provide further updates once more information becomes available throughout this extended investigation phase.

Investigations have highlighted that customers on NA217 may also be experiencing issues retrieving email logs. Customers on this instance will continue to receive communications for this incident going forward.

We are continuing to investigate the trigger and we’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

The restart of NA214 has been completed, but the issue has not been resolved. We are continuing to investigate the trigger and work to mitigate the impact as quickly as possible.

At 19:34 UTC on June 7, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of an issue regarding the retrieval of email logs on NA214 and NA107. We have initiaited a rolling restart of NA214 and are continuing to investigate the trigger of this issue so that it may be mitigated as quickly as possible.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
