At 17:45 UTC on July 10, 2024, The Salesforce Technology team identified a performance degradation impacting IND126. Users can experience latency with page load, resulting in intermittent failed login attempts to their services.

The Technology team is exploring multiple paths to isolate the underlying cause of the issue and implement a fix to restore the services. We are reviewing the error logs and diagnostic information.

We’ll provide an update upon significant update or sooner if additional information becomes available.
