At 15:20 UTC, on June 20, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team noted a performance degradation impacting Edge services across multiple instances. Customers who have Edge services enabled may experience intermittent 503 errors when trying to connect upstream.

We’re actively investigating the issue and will provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
