There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation. Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

We continue monitoring the system after the server memory increases and restarts. The service may take some time to begin recovering following these actions. During this time, customers will continue to experience degraded performance with data integration for features including Custom Big Objects, Chatbots, Login Forensics, Field Audit Trail, and Chatter.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner.

Following the server memory increase, we initiated another server restart to finalize the process.

The restart has now been completed, and we are monitoring service stability. We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner.

We've completed the server restart; however, this did not provide the desired results. As an additional measure, we are now increasing server memory.

At 12:02 UTC on July 30, 2024, a backend storage service leveraged by the application tier to support data integration for features including Custom Big Objects, Chatbots, Login Forensics, Field Audit Trail, and Chatter began experiencing degraded performance. Users of these features may experience extended response times and timeouts or be unable to access certain aspects of the features.

During investigations, we've observed that NA235 is also impacted, and this instance has now been added to the posting.

We have identified an issue with a server responsible for system cataloging and have restarted this. We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner.
