There’s a Salesforce service feature disruption. During a feature disruption, end users sometimes can’t access certain aspects of the service. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

The fix was deployed to the Test instance, and initial validations indicated positive results. After monitoring for stability, the team confirmed that performance has returned to normal. The fix has now been deployed to Stack 8, and our team will continue to validate and monitor this instance before deploying it to all instances.

We’ll provide another update as additional information becomes available.

The team is continuing to work on the fix which is currently being tested. Once the fix is validated, it will be deployed to the test environment. It is expected to take one hour and another 30 minutes to validate.

Investigations have highlighted that the impact radius is broader than initially understood. We have updated the posting to reflect the additional instances experiencing impact, and customers in these instances will receive communications related to this incident going forward. We have also observed that the impact has increased and this is now in a disrupted state. We have amended the posting to reflect this and highlighted the approximate timings of this transition.

At 18:48 UTC on August 6, 2024, a feature degradation began that impacts Marketing Cloud Engagement. A subset of customers may experience messages sent to the Line application are failing. It is understood that this issue is a result of a recent release. A fix is being created and will be pushed out once it has been tested and validated. This is expected to take a couple of hours to complete.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
