Teams have validated that upgrading to the latest version of the marketing package has resolved the issue in those organizations where it was tested. However, additional complications have been uncovered regarding pushing the upgrade to the remaining impacted organizations. Teams are continuing to work through these complications and investigate potential alternative resolutions.

The latest version of the marketing package has been pushed to a subset of impacted organizations and is being validated to ensure that it has resolved the issue.

At 00:00 UTC, on October 9, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature disruption impacting a subset of customers using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement in some instances in Europe and North America. Our team is investigating an issue with the Unified Marketing Application (UMA) Starter and Growth's inability to install the Marketing Package. Customers may observe an error when trying to install the SSOT 1.69 version for Marketing Cloud Growth (MCG) orgs. We are also investigating the failure of starter orgs.

We are working to restore services as quickly as possible.
