At 08:00 UTC on December 04, 2024, a feature degradation began impacting a subset of customers sandbox environments. Deployments may fail due to a missing delete button within the email standard entity. This functionality is used to delete email replies attached to a case or alternative object.

We’re investigating the issue, and we’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
