Feature Disruption

The Salesforce Technology team has successfully tested and validated the Emergency Release. Deployment has commenced using a staggered, region-based approach and is expected to take several hours to complete.

Our teams continue preparing a release to mitigate the ongoing issue. We have updated the list of impacted instances to include DEU14S, DEU20S, CS273 and CS342.

Our teams have identified the trigger and we are in the process of preparing a release that is expected to mitigate the impact. Once started, the release may take several hours to complete. After further analysis, it was determined that the issue also impacts FRA2S, USA766S, CS193, SWE94S, and USA754S.

Salesforce Teams became aware of a feature disruption that began at 03:51 UTC on January 4, 2025. Customers on impacted sandboxes may experience an error message when attempting to perform a deployment. Our teams are working to identify the trigger to mitigate the impact as quickly as possible.
