The Salesforce Technology team is aware of a service disruption impacting Salesforce Chat that began at 08:13 UTC, on January 08, 2025, Customers may experience issues with chat activity, chat assignments, and agent login. Initial investigations highlighted that a recent change to the database schema is the likely trigger of the issue. The teams are working on a rollback of the recent change. This is expected to take approximately 60 minutes to complete.
We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
