After further analysis, it was determined that the issue includes intermittent slowness in addition to intermittent login issues. Additionally, this issue impacts DB12032, DB12088, DB12111, DB12142, DB50028, DB50043, DB50202, DB50307, DB50307, and DB50508, and we have updated this post to reflect the additional impact.
We have successfully restarted services on one DB however monitoring showed this action did not help mitigate the issue. We are continuing to investigate potential triggers to bring the remaining DBs out of impact.
