Outage Details

The Salesforce Technology team identified a disruption affecting customers on this instance and is working to resolve it. During a Marketing Cloud Engagement disruption, end users are unable to access the service. We’re investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible. We have identified a potential trigger for this issue and have engaged additional engineers to investigate further.

After further analysis, it was determined that the issue includes intermittent slowness in addition to intermittent login issues. Additionally, this issue impacts DB12032, DB12088, DB12111, DB12142, DB50028, DB50043, DB50202, DB50307, DB50307, and DB50508, and we have updated this post to reflect the additional impact.

We have successfully restarted services on one DB however monitoring showed this action did not help mitigate the issue. We are continuing to investigate potential triggers to bring the remaining DBs out of impact.

At 18:31 UTC, on February 5, we noted a service disruption impacting a subset of Marketing Cloud customers. Some customers may be experiencing issues with logging in at this time.

We are actively investigating the issue and will provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
